Live Webcam Coming Soon
A live camera feed at the Glass Window Bridge would let travelers see real-time wave conditions, road surface, and Atlantic swell before making the drive. We're looking for a local partner to host one.

What a Webcam Would Show
In the Meantime
While we work toward a live camera, here's how to get the best real-time picture of bridge conditions:
Why a Webcam Matters at the Glass Window Bridge
The Glass Window Bridge sits at the narrowest point of Eleuthera island, where the deep blue Atlantic Ocean and the turquoise Caribbean Sea are separated by just a few metres of rock and road. During swells, waves can wash completely over the bridge with little warning — conditions can change from passable to dangerous within minutes.
A live webcam would give travelers visual confirmation that no wave data or community report can fully replace: the ability to see the water with their own eyes before committing to the drive. It would also provide critical visual data for the community reporting system, allowing remote confirmation of conditions from the Bahamas, the United States, and anywhere else in the world.
If you own a business, property, or vehicle near the bridge — or know someone who does — please get in touch. All technical integration is handled by this site at no cost.
